So, I said I made so many excuses about why I haven’t posted…my lost cable (which were lost and found. true story), writer’s block (wait, that was another matter entirely), etc etc. Truthfully, I was just being very nice, waiting for people to blackmail me with nice things so that I don’t publish these scandalous, possibly scarring pictures of a few people we all know…
Genting! I think we all had fun there. I know I did though there was that little scare me and Wendy (though she didn’t realise what was happening the entire time) had as we rode up the elevator. Long story. It involves four guys who were wolf-whistling and cat-calling and following us two girls in a rather suspicious manner. Luckily I’m not as blur as I sometimes may seem to appear.
Anyhow! Sean, Joshua, Kai Heng, Jerry, Wendy and I had a little card game session in my room that night. It was pretty entertaining because it was a Batsu Geemu or Punishment Game. Six rounds of that game of ‘Donkey’ or ‘Old Maid’ or ‘Last One Standing’ or whatever you want to call it. Me and Jerry emerged victorious…and unpunished!

=)

Anyhow! That’s about it for Genting since Joshua already posted one on it…
Ten days later, me and Ista travelled down to Melaka the Historical City in search of good Malaccan food guided by a local, namely, InSeanity. I want to tell you that it was fun as well though I believe, Jonker Street in the day time may never be my thing again in about roughly the next ten years. I love Melaka!

This is InSeanity within the bowels of a Portugese/Dutch/English (no idea which one) ship and trying to get fresh with the manager of the dock. Get some meat on those bones before you ask for a job!

Frankly speaking, I was quite disappointed with the ship. The miniature ships were awesome but I think the setting could’ve been more fun. They could’ve made more interactive things like letting visitors climb up into the crow’s nest or something.

We couldn’t miss the Stadhuys (I can spell it but I’ll never learn to pronounce it) while at Melaka. Apparently, every tourist who comes here and sees this hole would sure crawl in and take a picture. Wonder why?

This was the sunset we saw from Bukit Beruang (right?).

We passed by a huge man-made waterfall near a dangerous crossroad and just had to visit it.

InSeanity said that this waterfall is the disgrace of the Malaccan people because it symbolises a perfect way to waste tax money. I couldn’t agree more but then again, I’m a KLite!
So, I hear that Joshua and some others (I still have no idea who are the people who are actually going) are going to Melaka next month. Have fun there and maybe you’ll get to eat InSeanity’s Auntie Yap’s (is this right?) nyonya food if you’re lucky.
[This is a little out of topic but may the administrator of this site please explain why the ‘Upload’ tab and the codes it generates do not work? I tried to use it for my pictures (none of them were larger than 80kb) but…]

Oh. I didn’t notice the top-up card on the floor at all. The meditating guy is certainly hilarious. He’s just lucky I didn’t post the photo of him being a monkey on the ship.

Yeah, he’s certainly lucky and he would like to thank Ista for her offering. Because of that, he didn’t had to top up for a month. It was fun.

Header image is hosted on the Utarants server having the url of http://utarants.blogsome.com/images/IMGP1669.jpg. It works fine.
But I hope that you find other means of picture hosting. It keeps the bandwith healthy.
