Good

• The MACC top brass will stop commenting on ongoing cases before the investigation papers on the cases completed or a decision is made by the deputy prosecutor.

• The Cabinet has approved 157 fishing villages and integrated villages to come under the Housing and Local Government Ministry and receive the necessary allocations for basic amenities.

• Fish importers and exporters have appealed to the Government to reconsider its decision requiring them to only use insulated fish containers from one supplier.

• More than half the value of purchases made by the Defence Ministry last year was done via direct negotiation, and lack of transparency.

• Top aides to Bush agreed to testify before Congress under oath about the firing of US attorneys.

Bad, Ugly & Stupid

• The High court has ruled that the Perak legal adviser must represent Sivakumar.

Bad

• Approval by the former Selangor Sate government to devastate 202ha of forest reserve.

• Sudan ordered 10 leading international humanitarian organizations expelled from Darful.

• Arroyo pardon 10 soldiers convicted of the 1983 murder of Aquino.

Stupid

• Selangor umno Youth said they were being made out to be the “bad guys” and blamed the DAP MPs instead for igniting the incident.
